This limited-edition Exclusive Spyderco Manix™ 2 Lightweight was specially produced for Cutlery Shoppe. Instead of the standard blade steel used on this model, it features Crucible® CPM® S90V®—a state-of-the-art powder metallurgy steel enriched with vanadium. CPM S90V's high vanadium content favors the formation of hard vanadium carbides instead of chromium carbides, enhancing wear resistance and leaving more free chromium available to provide superior corrosion resistance. The PlainEdge™ blade is full-flat ground for exceptional edge geometry and features an oversized Trademark Round Hole™ for swift, ambidextrous, one-handed opening.

The high-visibility orange handle—a signature feature of Cutlery Shoppe Exclusives—is injection molded from ultra-lightweight fiberglass-reinforced co-polymer (FRCP) and features a high-traction Bi-Directional Texturing™ pattern for a secure grip in even the most demanding conditions. It is also home to Spyderco's patented Ball Bearing Lock™—a high-strength lock mechanism that offers an exceptionally smooth operating action. A reversible wire clip mounted to the butt end of the handle supports convenient left or right-side tip-up carry and completes the ambidextrous theme of the knife.
